Supporting clients with personal care tasks such as toileting, repositioning, and dressing as needed
Monitoring clients’ well-being throughout the night and promptly reporting any concerns or changes in condition
Administering medication in line with care plans and company policy (where trained and required)
Maintaining a clean, safe home environment, including light housekeeping tasks and regular checks
Responding promptly to any alerts or calls for assistance during the night
Keeping accurate records of care provided, observations, and any incidents or concerns
Ensuring clear communication with day staff to support smooth handovers and continuity of care
Taking part in training and team development to maintain high standards of care
