Job summary

HRstring LTD, a domiciliary care provider in the UK, is seeking care workers to monitor vital signs and medications, assist with bedside and personal care, and support service users with daily activities. Training will be provided, and applicants must have the right to work in the UK.

Candidates will assist with meals, household duties, and maintaining client confidentiality while documenting progress for managers. Previous care experience is welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• Previous care experience is welcomed but training will be provided.
• Essential requirement: You must be located in the UK and have a valid right to work.

Responsibilities

• Perform health-care related tasks, such as monitoring vital signs and medication, under the direction of registered nurses and physiotherapists.
• Administer bedside and personal care, such as ambulation and personal hygiene assistance.
• Advise, support and/or attend in the appropriate personal care of Service Users
• Advise, support and undertake the planning, preparation, cooking and serving of meals
• Support or undertake household duties such as washing & ironing etc.
• Maintain Service Users confidentiality, respect, privacy and dignity always
• Prepare and maintain records of client progress and services performed, reporting changes in client condition to manager or supervisor.
