What You’ll Be Doing!

As a Community Access & Supported Living Care Worker, you will support individuals in their homes and in the community to live independently and improve their quality of life.

Domiciliary Care Responsibilities:

Assisting individuals with personal care, meal preparation, and medication
Providing companionship and emotional support
Helping clients maintain a clean and safe home environment
Supporting clients with daily living tasks

Community Access Care Responsibilities:

Supporting individuals to attend medical appointments, social events, or leisure activities
Assisting with shopping, running errands, or engaging in hobbies
Helping individuals access education, employment, or volunteer opportunities
Encouraging physical activity and participation in community programs
