Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Providingsupport with personal care needs
  • Providing support with nutrition and hydration needs
  • Providing support with medication
  • Providing support with manual handing transfers

Experience and Suitability:

It’s isn’t about previous experience. We want to ensure our customer receives the very best care and to do that we need people who are naturally compassionate, caring and patient. We want a team who genuinely cares for each of our customers as if it was their own family.

We provide a detailed induction training programme to all our staff in addition to shadowing,toensure all our staff arenot only competent but confident in what they do. You will have a dedicated mentor that will provide you with ongoing support throughout your probation period.

  • Full UK driving licence

Working Patterns:

We understand that every member of our team has their own family to care for and a life outside of work, this is why we offer the flexibility of either full time or part time hours.Our dedicated Care Coordinator will support you to ensure you have a working pattern that suits YOU!Please note alternate weekend working is essential to the role.
