Role Overview

This is a full-time role based in Worthing, BN13 1QN, requiring a full UK driver's license and the ability to drive a 5-seater automatic vehicle. The position offers 24 hours weekly, from 8 am to 8 pm.

Responsibilities
  • Assist those we support with daily tasks using provided training.
  • Support in daily life activities, social visits, family visits, and outings to local attractions.
  • Maintain up-to-date paperwork for each resident.
  • Collaborate positively with colleagues, families, and external organizations.
Requirements
  • No formal care experience necessary, but a basic understanding is beneficial.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Practical approach to safeguarding and working with vulnerable individuals.
  • Effective decision-making, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Adherence to health & safety standards.
