A leading care provider is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant for a permanent position in our Bridgend care home. This role involves supporting residents with their daily activities while promoting independence. You'll receive paid training towards a QCF Level 2 qualification and enjoy a range of employee benefits. We are looking for a friendly and dedicated Care Assistant seeking a rewarding job within one of our care homes. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high level of care to our residents which promotes their independence while safeguarding their dignity. As part of the team, you will participate in the day to day activities of the home.
This is a permanent role working 18 hours per week, as a twlight shift. Covering the evening shift 6pm - 12midnight.

Brocastle Manor Care Home in Bridgend is a large 80 bed care home providing superior care and support within a warm and welcoming environment. At Brocastle, residents in need of residential and EMI care are supported to live as independently as possible in a safe environment with staff and management providing high standards of care.
