Remedicare are actively recruiting Care Assistants to join a welcoming, independently owned elderly care home near Llanfairpwllgwyngyll on the Isle of Anglesey.

Vacancy reference PK71407; Full and part time roles available with 3 or 4 shifts per week (8am-8pm). Earnings £13.50 to £13.95 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Training is provided, with support from Senior Care Assistants and Nurses, and free on-site parking.

Qualifications

• Experience in care setting or homecare environment preferred.
• Ability to work within a team to deliver person-centred care.
• Good communication with residents and colleagues.

Responsabilités

• Support residents with personal care needs (bathing, dressing, toilet use).
• Assist residents with mobility/manual handling as needed.
• Work with fellow Care Assistants to provide high-quality, person-centred care.
• Assist with meals and fluid intake throughout the day.
• Promote residents' independence and wellbeing with a friendly, patient approach.
