You will work with nurses and senior carers to provide high‑quality care, with full training and ongoing professional development. Roles are available as full‑time and part‑time, with a supportive company culture and opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• Caring, compassionate and calm by nature.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic understanding of care procedures and health & safety practices.
• Willingness to work various shifts, including nights, weekends and bank holidays.
• English proficiency sufficient for the role.
• DBS check satisfactory.
• Right to Work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, toileting and eating).
• Support residents with mobility, transfers and physical activities.
• Monitor and record vital signs where trained.
• Provide emotional support and companionship.
• Assist nursing staff and senior carers with routine tasks.
• Promote dignity, privacy and choice at all times.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment following health & safety standards.
• Communicate with residents, families and healthcare team.
