Job summary

Care Relief Team Ltd in Lincolnshire is seeking a Care Assistant to provide person-centred support in clients' homes with flexible shifts and paid mileage. You will assist with daily living tasks, personal care, companionship, and accompany clients on outings while helping plan and deliver care.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence, your own car and business insurance are essential.
• Availability to work alternate weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support clients in daily life tasks, including meals, medication prompts and domestic help.
• Assist with personal care.
• Provide companionship and accompany clients on outings.

Salary : £13.40 - £17.00 per hour plus £0.30 per mile.

Job Type : Full-time & Part-time (permanent), Flexible shifts

What You’ll Do

• Supporting our clients in all aspects of their daily life, i.e. meal preparation, medication prompts and general domestic support
• Assisting clients with personal care
• Providing companionship and accompanying clients on outings
• Encouraging clients to take an active role in the planning and provision of their care
• Recording and reporting daily visit information accurately
