Care Relief Team Ltd in Swinton and the surrounding area is seeking a Care Assistant for flexible full- or part-time shifts. Salary is £26,130 pro rata (£13.40/hour) plus mileage at 40p per mile, with guaranteed hours and full paid training.

You will support clients at home with meals, personal care and companionship. We offer 28 days holiday (pro-rata), a Refer a Friend scheme, Blue Light Card discounts and ongoing career development within a friendly team.

What You’ll Do

• Supporting our clients in all aspects of their daily life, i.e. meal preparation, medication prompts and general domestic support
• Assisting clients with personal care
• Providing companionship and accompanying clients on outings
• Encouraging clients to take an active role in the planning and provision of their care
• Recording and reporting daily visit information accurately

Who We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Full UK driving licence, your own car, and business insurance are essential
• Availability to workalternate weekends
• Right to work in the UK (unfortunately we are unable to offer sponsorship).
