Job summary

Care Relief Team Ltd is hiring a Care Assistant to provide person-centred support at clients' homes across Lincolnshire. The role offers flexible shifts, paid mileage and training, with guaranteed hours for both full-time and part-time positions. A driving licence and access to a car are essential, and sponsorship is not available.

We welcome both experienced carers and newcomers, with full training provided and opportunities for professional development within a supportive team.

Salary : £13.40 - £17.00 per hour plus £0.30 per mile.

Job Type : Full-time & Part-time (permanent), Flexible shifts

What You’ll Do

• Supporting our clients in all aspects of their daily life, i.e. meal preparation, medication prompts and general domestic support
• Assisting clients with personal care
• Providing companionship and accompanying clients on outings
• Encouraging clients to take an active role in the planning and provision of their care
• Recording and reporting daily visit information accurately
