Job summary

The Fairlie Healthcare Group is seeking a motivated Care Assistant to join Woodstown House in Banstead. You will support patients with personal care, promote dignity and independence, and work with nurses and the wider team to deliver high-quality care.

No prior experience required; full training and a structured development programme lead to the Care Certificate and career progression. You will receive paid breaks, free meals on shift, and a supportive team environment.
