As a Care Assistant / Support Worker, you will provide essential care and classroom support to students with a range of special educational needs (SEN), including autism (ASC), severe learning difficulties (SLD), and physical disabilities (PMLD).
Providing personal care (assisting with toileting, feeding, mobility)
Supporting students in their learning, play, and social activities
Encouraging independence and promoting confidence
Assisting with medical needs (training provided)
Using sensory play & communication tools to engage students
Working closely with teachers & therapists to create a nurturing environment
A kind, patient, and caring individual
Passion for helping children with special needs thrive
Ability to work as part of a supportive team
No school experience required – healthcare assistants, care workers & support workers welcome!
Full-time hours (Monday – Friday, school hours)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
