Job Description:
We are recruiting enthusiastic, reliable, and adaptable carers for night shifts, including weekends, within the Cranleigh area.
12-hour night shifts.
Having 6 months of previous care experience is preferable; however, full training, supervision, and support are provided to all successful candidates.
Our carer development centre includes interview and training rooms, and fully equipped skills labs for bespoke training to cover a wide range of client-specific needs, including:
- Tracheostomy care
- Invasive and non-invasive ventilation
- Cough assist
- Autonomic Dysreflexia
- Oxygen therapy and monitoring
- Enteral feeding
- Epilepsy and seizure management
- Behaviours which challenge
- Complex moving and positioning

Compensation and Schedule:
- Hourly pay rates range between £14 – 17.93 per hour.
- Our client base often requires ongoing care, 24/7, with a small core team of regular staff for continuity.
- Specialist carers work with one client per shift without traveling between multiple homes. The average shift is 12 hours.
- Typically, carers work three shifts (36 hours) per week, earning approximately £500 - 555 per week.
- This work pattern provides an estimated annual income of between £26,200 - £28,950.
- We employ staff directly, managing pay via PAYE, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and protecting from IR35 issues.
