We work in partnership with NHS Continuing Healthcare teams, and our enhanced level of specialist clinical support enables people to remain at home even when the healthcare required is highly complex.

We deliver care 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Job Description:

We are recruiting enthusiastic, reliable, and adaptable carers for night shifts, including weekends, within the Cranleigh area.

12-hour night shifts.

Having 6 months of previous care experience is preferable; however, full training, supervision, and support are provided to all successful candidates.

Our carer development centre includes interview and training rooms, and fully equipped skills labs for bespoke training to cover a wide range of client-specific needs, including:

• Tracheostomy care
• Invasive and non-invasive ventilation
• Cough assist
• Autonomic Dysreflexia
• Oxygen therapy and monitoring
• Enteral feeding
• Epilepsy and seizure management
• Behaviours which challenge
• Complex moving and positioning

Compensation and Schedule:

• Hourly pay rates range between £14 – 17.93 per hour.
• Our client base often requires ongoing care, 24/7, with a small core team of regular staff for continuity.
• Specialist carers work with one client per shift without traveling between multiple homes. The average shift is 12 hours.
• Typically, carers work three shifts (36 hours) per week, earning approximately £500 - 555 per week.
• This work pattern provides an estimated annual income of between £26,200 - £28,950.
• We employ staff directly, managing pay via PAYE, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and protecting from IR35 issues.
