About The Role

Care Assistants Needed – Join Our Compassionate Team!

Locations: Frome & Surrounding Areas (Warminster, Westbury, Bradford-on-Avon, Shepton Mallet, Trowbridge & more)
Double Pay on Bank Holidays
Paid Travel Time: £11.44 per hour + 45p per mile mileage reimbursement
Flexible Shifts: Full-time, part-time, and weekend roles available

What You’ll Do as a Care Assistant

As a visiting carer, you’ll provide essential support to individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain independence and dignity. Depending on your availability, you may have up to 8 visits per day. Your responsibilities will include:
Personal care – Assisting with washing, dressing & hygiene
Meal preparation – Supporting clients with healthy, nutritious meals
Medication management – Administering & assisting with prescriptions
Shopping & appointments – Helping with errands & medical visits
Companionship & social support – Engaging in activities & outings

Who We’re Looking For

A caring, empathetic, and reliable nature
Strong communication skills & flexibility
A valid UK driving licence & access to a car (with business insurance)
The right to work in the UK (we cannot provide sponsorship)
