Job summary

Quality Care Services Limited (QCS), part of CCH, is seeking a Sit-In Care Assistant in Armagh to provide companionship and practical support in residential settings. You’ll help residents feel safe, comfortable and valued, assisting with daily tasks and meals while promoting independence and social engagement.

What you'll do

As aSit-In Care Assistant, you'll provide dedicated support and companionship to individuals in residential settings, helping them feel safe, comfortable, and valued.

You will:

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with daily living activities where required
• Support residents with meals and refreshments
• Encourage independence and social engagement
• Monitor wellbeing and report any concerns to senior staff
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
• Help create a safe, caring, and welcoming environment
