Bower Care Home in Linlithgow is seeking a Care Assistant to join a brand new home from the start. The role involves helping residents with daily living, delivering person-centred care and upholding dignity and wellbeing in a welcoming environment.

You will contribute to a warm, safe home with a supportive team, receive full training, and benefit from 5.6 weeks leave pro-rated for part-time, PVG, pension and uniform provision.

Qualifications

• Care assistant role requires a caring, compassionate and respectful approach.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop.
• Previous care experience is beneficial but not essential.
• SVQ Level 2 desirable or willingness to work towards.

Responsabilités

• Support residents with daily living including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing.
• Follow care plans to deliver high quality, person-centred care.
• Create a warm, welcoming and safe environment for residents.
• Work as part of a supportive team across shifts.
