Job description

We do require all staff to work their agreed hours on alternate weekends - essential. You must be passionate about what you do, with your own car - essential because we travel between clients and 'drive them to appointments' on a daily basis. You must also have a full British Driving Licence. You must have the Right to Work in the UK, which will be established later during the recruitment process. We are currently NOT licensed to sponsor people and cannot accept applications from those currently sponsored by other companies.

We provide a total care experience to our clients, including personal care, light housework, and companionship care. We welcome inexperienced individuals who are eager to work within the Adult Care sector and believe they have the skills and talent to succeed. The Welwyn & Hatfield office is recruiting for individuals residing in Borehamwood, Hatfield, Potter's Bar, and Welwyn areas. Hourly rates start from £12.00 per hour, increasing for evening and weekend work. Bank holidays pay £24.50 per hour. All training, whether workshops or e-learning, is fully paid. Mileage is reimbursed at £0.30 to £0.45 per mile, with paid travel time between clients (some restrictions apply). Benefits include holiday pay and pension contributions, among others.
