Join Cera as a Care Assistant in Worthing & surrounding area. This role is eligible for a £250 joining bonus. You'll be supporting us on our mission to transform social care and enable more people to live longer, healthier and happier lives in their own homes. In this role you will support people who have recently left hospital following surgery or illness that require additional support whilst they recover. This is a vital care service that means people can leave hospital sooner and reduces pressure on the NHS.

We have work available across the area including Angmering, Findon, Bramber, Upper Beeding, Woodmancote, Worthing, Shoreham, Lancing, Ferring, Henfield, Steyning and surrounding areas.

More about this role:

  • For this role, previous experience in a Caring role is desirable.
  • You will require a driving licence and vehicle to use at work. 30p per mile paid
  • Shifts are 7am-3pm and 3pm-10pm and this role is paid as a block hourly rate, covering travel time and care visits.
  • We have part-time and full-time roles available, some weekend work will be required. Guaranteed hour contracts are available.
  • For this role you require a driving licence and access to a vehicle for work.
