Cera Limited is seeking a Care Assistant to support clients in Bristol and surrounding areas. You will assist people who recently left hospital, provide personal care, companionship, and practical help to help them recover at home.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in care is required.
• DBS check is required and the right to work in the UK must be evident.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including continence support, washing and dressing.
• Manage medications and assist with cooking or hot meals.
• Help with domestic tasks and mobility as needed.
• Provide companionship, reassurance, and positive engagement to clients.

In this role you will support people who have recently left hospital following surgery or illness that require additional support whilst they recover. This is a vital care service that means people can leave hospital sooner and reduces pressure on the NHS. £13.75 per hour Full or Part time hours, permanent contracts,

• Shifts 7am-2pm and 4pm-10pm.
• Pay is paid as a block shift payment.
• We have part-time and full-time roles available, some weekend work will be required.
• For this role you require a driving licence and access to a vehicle for work.
• Previous experience in care is required
• Work is available across Yate, Winterbourne, Badminton, Bristol, Kingswood, Emersons Green, Henbury, Horfield, Downend, Thornbury, Wooton-Under-Edge, travel around these areas may be required.
