Hales Home Care is looking for compassionate and reliable Home Care Assistants / Care Workers / Home Care Workers / Carers in Lowestoft to join our Reablement Team. This role involves providing person-centred care to individuals in their own homes, helping regain their health, well-being, and independence.

Areas covered: Lowestoft, Waveney, and the surrounding areas.

*Drivers required due to rural locations in the community.*

The Care Assistant Role

As a Hales Care Worker in Lowestoft, you'll play a vital role in supporting the health, well-being, and independence of vulnerable individuals within the comfort of their own homes. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Supporting individuals with their personal care routines including washing, dressing, and attending to toileting needs
  2. Ensuring service users have adequate grocery supplies
  3. Assisting individuals in taking their medication
  4. Preparing warm and nourishing meals
  5. Helping with light domestic tasks and other care needs
  6. Providing a valuable companionship lifeline to individuals
