Job summary

Cera Care is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant in Bristol to support individuals recovering at home. You'll play a critical role in enhancing their independence and well-being. Join Cera as a Care Assistant in Bristol & surrounding areas. You'll be supporting us on our mission to transform social care and enable more people to live longer, healthier and happier lives in their own homes. In this role you will support people who have recently left hospital following surgery or illness that require additional support whilst they recover. This is a vital care service that means people can leave hospital sooner and reduces pressure on the NHS. It gives a great sense of reward as you will see clients progress and become more independent day by day, often getting to a stage where regular care is no longer required.

More about this role:

  • Shifts 7am-2pm and 4pm-10pm.
  • Pay is paid as a block shift payment.
  • We have part-time and full-time roles available, some weekend work will be required.
  • For this role you require a driving licence and access to a vehicle for work.
  • Previous experience in care is required
  • Work is available across Yate, Winterbourne, Badminton, Bristol, Kingswood, Emersons Green, Henbury, Horfield, Downend, Thornbury, Wooton-Under-Edge, travel around these areas may be required.
