Job summary

Cera Care Ltd. in Alton is seeking a Care Assistant to support clients who recently left hospital, helping them recover at home. You will assist with daily living tasks, manage medications where required, and provide companionship. A driving licence and access to a vehicle are needed for travel between visits.

The role offers both part-time and full-time hours, with some weekend work expected, and training will be provided to support career progression within our home care services.

Qualifications

• Previous care experience desirable; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including washing, dressing and continence support.
• Help with cooking and domestic tasks, including meal preparation.
• Manage medications and support with therapy or recovery plans as needed.

Join Cera as a Care Assistant in Alton. You'll be supporting us on our mission to transform social care and enable more people to live longer, healthier and happier lives in their own homes. In this role you will support people who have recently left hospital following surgery or illness that require additional support whilst they recover. This is a vital care service that means people can leave hospital sooner and reduces pressure on the NHS.

• Block pay
• We have part-time and full-time roles available, some weekend work will be required.
• For this role you require a driving licence and access to a vehicle for work.
• Previous experience in care is desirable, training wil be given
