Bluebird Care Pontypridd is a top 20 homecare provider in Wales for 2022, 2023 & 2024.
Bluebird Care, more than just a career in care.
Bluebird Care Pontypridd have ambitious growth plans and are looking for compassionate, empathetic and caring people to join our team in making a genuine difference to the lives of others.
This position involves driving from house to house delivering care to our customers.
Bluebird Care started as a small family business in 2004, and today we are proud to be one of the largest providers of home care services across the UK. We’re committed to keeping people in the comfort of their own home, so we help with anything from everyday tasks around our customers’ homes through to complex care needs. We appreciate that every customer is different, and this is why every day will be different.
If you are passionate about providing the very best care, then this role could be the role for you.
It isn’t about previous experience; we want to ensure our customers receive the very best care. We need people who are naturally compassionate, caring, and patient. We want a team who genuinely cares for each of our customers as if it was their own family.
We’ll ensure you have all the right training and development because we care for our Care Assistants. After all, they care for our customers, so it’s important that you feel equipped for the role.
You must have:
Our work isn't just about providing physical support; many of our service users live alone as an alternative to a residential care home and rely on seeing a friendly face each day to support their emotional wellbeing. A smile, kind word, or someone to talk to can make a massive difference to their day.
We understand that every member of our team has their own family to care for, and this is why our role offers the flexibility to work around your own home life. You can choose between full-time or part-time work; all you have to do is simply tell us your availability. Although we try to be flexible where we can, we do require you to be flexible with us too, that’s why we will require you to work full time (35-40 hours) or part time (20-25 hours) a week.
We can’t care for our customers if we don’t take care of our team, so to make this possible, we offer:
But not only that, we take care of our team throughout the year, whether it's your birthday, Christmas, awards, or simply because it’s a Thursday. We’re a family, and we’re here to look after you today, tomorrow, and every other day after that.
We want Care Assistants who recognise the importance of a positive attitude, great communication, and how the work they do has a wider impact on the business and the community. Is this you? If so, join us and be paid for being exactly who you are.
