Cera Care is seeking a Care Assistant in Poole, Bournemouth and surrounding areas to support patients recently discharged from hospital. The role focuses on providing compassionate at-home care to help individuals recover, enabling earlier hospital discharge and reducing NHS pressure.
Your duties include personal care, medication support, meal preparation and domestic tasks, with options for part-time or full-time shifts and a block pay structure across the service area.

In this role you will support people who have recently left hospital following surgery or illness that require additional support whilst they recover. This is a vital care service that means people can leave hospital sooner and reduces pressure on the NHS.
Pay details:
Drivers - £13.70 - £13.95 per hour - all-inclusive rate. Walkers are paid £12.21 - £12.71 per hour. Payment is on a Block Pay basis.
