• Deliver high-quality, person-centred care in accordance with residents' individual needs and preferences.
• Support residents with daily living activities while promoting dignity, independence and choice.
• Assist residents to maintain wellbeing, comfort and quality of life.
• Build positive and professional relationships with residents, relatives and visitors.

As a Care Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting residents to maintain their independence, dignity and wellbeing. Main duties of the job

We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Care Assistant to join our team at Priesty Fields Care Home.

The successful candidate will support residents with their daily living needs while promoting choice, dignity and independence. You will work alongside colleagues, residents, relatives and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, person-centred care and contribute to creating a safe, comfortable and positive environment within the home.
