Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Care Assistant to support residents with personal care and daily living activities, ensuring comfort, dignity and companionship. Training is provided, with opportunities for funded progression and a supportive team environment.

The role includes day-to-day care, medication administration, and engagement in social activities, while promoting independence. A 36-hour weekly schedule (8am–8pm) is described, with weekend work and a zero-hour contract for bank shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK (we cannot currently offer sponsorship).
• Previous care experience is required for this role.
• Bank Care Assistant to have the availability to work day, night and weekend shifts as and when required - this is a zero hour contract.
• Care Assistant to work 36 hours per week from 8am to 8pm to include alternative weekends.
