Care Assistant (Part‑Time) – Maple Tree Court, Stoke‑on‑Trent
26.25 hours per week | Early (7am–2.30pm) & Late (2.30pm–10pm) shifts on a rota basis

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of older people? At Maple Tree Court, we’re looking for a dedicated Care Assistant to join our team.

About Maple Tree Court
Maple Tree Court is a beautiful, purpose‑built care home in Stoke‑on‑Trent. We’re proud to offer a warm, welcoming environment for older people, including those living with dementia. About the role
As a Care Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of our residents’ daily lives. You’ll support them with dignity and respect — from providing personal care and assisting at mealtimes, to enriching their well‑being with activities and a friendly chat. You’ll build strong connections with residents and their families, making every interaction meaningful.

Each shift will be varied and rewarding. Our residents have unique stories, interests, and needs, and you’ll help create an environment where they feel valued, safe, and supported.

Why work with us?

  • Access to online GP appointments and dedicated well‑being support
  • Discounts on gym memberships, fitness classes, and well‑being services
  • Exclusive discounts on popular brands, holidays, mobile phones, tech and more
  • Blue Light Card access, offering substantial savings for frontline staff
  • Access to training for your Care Level 2 qualification and beyond
  • Savings advice, free life assurance, Salary Advance scheme, and more
  • Opportunities for career progression — from Care Assistant roles to Leadership positions
  • Competitive pay and a pension contribution of up to 18%

About you

  • No prior care experience? No problem! We’re recognised by Skills for Care for providing one of the best learning and development programmes in adult social care.
  • You have a genuine passion for supporting others and making a difference.
  • You’re a team player who can also work independently when needed.
  • You have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • You’re committed to providing person‑centred, respectful care.

Interested?
If you’re ready to embark on a rewarding career where every shift makes a difference, we’d love to hear from you.
