Our overnight care assistants are the extraordinary people who do the things that mean so much to our clients during the evenings and through the night, helping them to feel safe and supported in their own homes. You will follow individual care plans and assist with personal care, helping clients to bathe, dress, and support them with their medication. You’ll also help with practical tasks like shopping, mealtimes, and housework.

Overnight care includes sleeping nights and waking nights, with compensation provided accordingly.

Qualifications

Previous care experience is advantageous, but we value compassion and your ability to care above all. Resilience, willingness to learn new skills, and developing your knowledge as part of a close-knit team are essential.
