Job summary

Hampshire County Council is looking for Day and Night Care Assistants to help in our older adults’ homes. You will provide daily living support, personal care and promote independence for residents, while building relationships with families and colleagues.

This role may involve weekend work and requires compassionate, team‑oriented individuals who value high‑quality care. The position offers a supportive environment with opportunities for professional growth and access to employee support
