Cera is looking for a Care Assistant in Norwich to support individuals with personal care, daily activities, and companionship. You’ll receive comprehensive training through the Cera Academy to build confidence and care skills, enabling meaningful connections with those you support.

Your role focuses on compassionate, patient, and respectful care, with time spent on companionship and reassurance in addition to practical tasks and routine care.

Qualifications

• Compassion, patience, and understanding are essential for supporting others.
• All necessary training will be provided.
• You will develop core skills and behaviours through our academy.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including washing and dressing.
• Manage medications where required and help with cooking or preparing meals.
• Provide companionship, reassurance, and joy to those you support.
• Help with domestic tasks to maintain a safe and comfortable home.
