About the role:
Our diverse and inclusive group of carers share a passion to make a difference in the lives of our residents. You could be part of our committed team promoting independence in a safe, comfortable, and caring environment. We encourage involvement in fun, stimulating, and meaningful activities to bring joy to those we serve.
You will work on a shift pattern that includes weekends.
About you:
Experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided. Your empathy and warm-hearted approach will shine through.
Holding an NVQ Level 1 or 2 in Health and Social Care is advantageous, or a willingness to work towards it. We support you in obtaining this qualification through a fully funded apprenticeship with external providers.
You should have excellent communication skills, a can-do attitude, and the compassion necessary to deliver high-standard, person-centered care.
Join us and see for yourself how meaningful this work can be. We do not simply go to work each day — we enter the homes of wonderful people and help them live full lives.
