Glenholme Healthcare Ltd is seeking a Bank Care Assistant (Nights) to provide person-centred care and companionship at Holdingham Grange, Sleaford, including dementia care. This bank role offers flexible night shifts to cover absences while maintaining high standards of care.

Experience in dementia care is desirable and full training is provided; a caring, empathetic personality with good communication and teamwork skills is essential. DBS clearance is required.

Salary: £13 per hour* - final rate discussed at interview

Contract Type: Bank (flexible hours - as and when required)
