Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Bank Care Assistant in Norwich to support residents with daily living, meals, and social engagement. This casual, part-time role requires warmth, empathy and a can-do approach to deliver compassionate care across shifts.

You’ll work in a busy care home, providing one-to-one support, following care plans and building meaningful connections with residents. Training is provided and flexibility is a key feature of this role.

Qualifications

• Some experience caring for older people.
• Can-do approach and positive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills with residents and colleagues.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a casual, part-time role offering flexible working. As a Bank Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you’ll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve.
