A community-focused care provider in New Earswick is seeking compassionate Care Assistants for night shifts. The role involves supporting residents in a retirement community while ensuring their independence. Candidates should be motivated to help others and possess good communication and problem-solving skills. The position offers a competitive salary, bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Location: Hartrigg Oaks Bungalows, New Earswick, York
Hours: 27 hours per week on a permanent basis (worked over 3 nights per week)
Salary: £12.99 to £13.61 per hour (depending on qualifications) PLUS 10% enhancement for hours between 11pm and 7am
Note: We do not currently offer any Tier 2 sponsorship.
