Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking a Night Care Assistant to join our team in Worthing. Night shifts (24–36 hours) with standby duties pro rata, requiring a caring, reliable and compassionate individual to support residents with daily living tasks and promote independence.

A genuine passion for caring for others, good communication and teamwork skills, and a positive, respectful attitude are essential. Previous care experience is desirable, and flexibility for alternate weekends and holiday
