Canal Vue - Care Nights

We now have an opportunity for carers to join Springcare Canal Vue, where every day you can make a difference to someone's life.

Here at Springcare, we believe that good carers possess qualities such as compassion, sensitivity, understanding, and a desire to help people. Excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to work well under pressure are essential. Attention to detail and basic computer or device skills are also required.

Our care team provides nursing care and helps make residents' lives fulfilling, treating each with dignity and respect, as if they were family.

About the role:

Daily tasks include:

1. Helping with washing and dressing
2. Assisting with feeding and mealtimes
3. Understanding residents' interests and needs
4. General housekeeping of bedrooms and communal areas
5. Supporting residents' physical and mental wellbeing through activities

We offer 24-hour care with shifts from 8am to 8pm for day staff and 8pm to 8am for night staff.

Typical Night Shift Pattern: 8pm to 8am
