Job summary

Care UK is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant in Scarborough to support residents during night shifts. You will help residents stay active and independent, assist with personal care and meals, and contribute to a safe, homely environment.

Responsibilities

• 8pm-8am
• Rolling rota of 3 on, 3 off
• Help residents stay as active and independent as possible
• Support residents with personal care and mealtimes
• Identify residents' goals and implement personalized care plans
• Encourage residents to explore new interests and engage in physical activities in a homely environment
