Care UK is seeking a caring Care Assistant in Dorchester to support residents with daily care and activities, helping them stay active and independent. You will contribute to personalised care plans and work in a warm, supportive environment that values teamwork and resident well‑being.

The role emphasises training and development through our Learning Academy, with opportunities for apprenticeship schemes and career progression within a multi‑award‑winning care provider.

Responsibilities

• Help residents remain active and independent.
• Support residents with personal care and mealtimes.
• Identify residents' goals and implement personalised care plans.
• Encourage residents to explore interests and participate in activities in a homely environment.
