As a Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred care and support to assist residents in maintaining their independence. This includes personal care, meal times, activities, and offering a listening ear to those who need it most.

Even if you have no previous professional care experience, we will provide all necessary training and development to help you excel, whether in care, housekeeping, catering, or activities. On-the-job training will be provided through NVQ’s and QCF’s.
