Main duties of the job
As a Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare, you will be responsible for delivering high standards of personal care to residents, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services. Your focus will include assisting residents with personal hygiene, recognizing and understanding clinical risk areas, and treating residents and visitors courteously while respecting dignity and individuality. You will practice safe systems of work across the range of tasks. Avery Healthcare provides a thorough induction and training program to ensure confidence within the role.
