About the role

You will support all the individuals we care for to live happy, healthy, and quality lives through the delivery of exceptional standards and personalized care. No two shifts will be the same, and you will be involved with various aspects of the home to ensure that residents receive the highest quality of care possible.

  • Providing personal care and support to residents, ensuring dignity, respect, and privacy are maintained.
  • Building meaningful relationships and making our home feel like home for our residents.
  • Ensuring all care is documented and procedures are followed at all times.
