We are seeking to appoint a kind, caring, and organized Hospitality Assistant to join our team. The role involves ensuring residents and visitors receive efficient food service, maintaining a clean environment within the dining room, and serving at all times. We offer a full-time contract with an excellent hourly rate of £11.44! Shift times are 08:00-19:00, with alternate weekends working.

Role Responsibilities:

• Ensure a high standard of hospitality service is provided.
• Support and assist visitors.
• Inform the Chef of any individual requirements of residents.
• Follow cleaning schedules and procedures as per company HACCP guidelines.
• Adhere to all training provided.
• Accurately complete records and reports.
• Promote safeguarding and the welfare of adults the post holder interacts with or is responsible for.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Hospitality or catering experience is desirable.
• Previous experience working in a care setting is desirable.
• Effective communication skills with team members.
• Willingness to participate in activities organized in the home.
