Pay Rate: £12.21 - £12.46 per hour

Shifts: Nights, Part-time shifts available, 11-22 hours per week

The role of a Care Assistant is vital in supporting residents to live with dignity, respect, and engagement. You will ensure they participate in meaningful activities and receive support tailored to their individual needs.

Main Duties include:

• Supporting residents to remain as independent as possible, including personal care such as washing, dressing, and oral care.
• Being understanding and patient, encouraging participation in leisure activities, and supporting outside appointments and outings.
• Making beds, tidying rooms, light cleaning, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
• Assisting with serving meals and drinks, ensuring presentation and support are appropriate.
• Understanding and complying with statutory and legal requirements, including Health & Safety, COSHH, Care Standards Act, and Infection Prevention and Control policies.
