Main Duties:

  • Assist residents with personal care and support their independence.
  • Encourage participation in leisure activities and support outside appointments.
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness within the home.
  • Serve meals and drinks, providing courteous service and appropriate support.
  • Comply with statutory and legal requirements, including health and safety, infection control, and care standards.
