Job Opportunity: Night Care Assistants at Halsey House, Norfolk

Due to expanding our team, we are recruiting Night Care Assistants on full-time or part-time basis to join us at Halsey House, Norfolk.

Details:

  • Full time: 36 hours/week, 12-hour shifts, 5 out of 7 days (including weekends and bank holidays).
  • Part-time shifts are also available.

As part of our award-winning team, you will receive comprehensive training, personal development support, a generous pension scheme, and employee assistance. We care for Armed Forces veterans and their dependants, providing Nursing Care, Residential Care, Dementia Care, and Day Care services.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver compassionate care, assisting with personal care, daily routines, and ensuring residents' comfort and dignity.
  • Support with mobility, nutrition, and medication as required.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a safe, welcoming environment.
  • Maintain accurate care records and communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.

Candidate Profile:

  • Passionate about delivering excellent care.
  • NVQ Level 2 qualification desirable; support available to achieve this.
