Job summary

Aurem Care is seeking a Care Assistant for night shifts at Brimington Care, 73-77 Manor Road, Brimington, Chesterfield. You will help residents maintain dignity, independence and quality of life within a warm, supportive team.

We offer comprehensive training, flexible contracts (22, 33, or 44 hours), plus generous benefits including pension, life insurance and on-site parking. DBS checks are provided with terms and conditions.

Qualifications

• Care experience is beneficial but not essential; full training provided.
• Must have a caring nature with empathy and respect.

• Willingness to undergo DBS check if required.

About The Role

As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents to maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Providing high-quality personal care and emotional support to residents.

• Supporting residents with their daily activities and individual needs.


• Maintaining accurate records using our electronic care planning system, Nourish.

• Undertaking additional duties as required to ensure the smooth delivery of care services.
