Your focus as a Care Assistant will be to deliver high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents. You will assist residents with personal hygiene, recognise clinical risks, and act courteously towards residents and visitors. Qualifications: No prior experience is required as Avery Healthcare offers a thorough induction and training program to ensure confidence within the role. The ideal candidate must have the ability to communicate effectively, demonstrate initiative and respect towards residents, be an efficient worker, and be adaptable and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities.
