A leading luxury elderly care provider in Borehamwood seeks a dedicated Care Assistant. You will provide high standards of personal care, assist residents with hygiene, and ensure their safety and dignity. Shift Details: 21.15 p.m. to 7.15 a.m.
We are looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated Care Assistant to join our award-winning team. Your focus will be to deliver high standards of personal care and contribute fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents. You will assist residents with personal hygiene, recognise and understand clinical risk areas, and act courteously towards residents and visitors while respecting their dignity and individuality. You will need excellent communication skills, initiative, and the ability to be adaptive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.
