Role Overview: Care Assistant

As a Care Assistant, you will play a key role in maintaining the wellbeing of our residents through the provision of outstanding care. You will work collaboratively with colleagues and the wider Akari Care team. We seek individuals who are kind, caring, and committed to creating an environment where residents are valued, respected, retain their individuality and dignity, and lead fulfilled lives.

Your responsibilities include assisting residents with daily living activities. Each day may involve helping with personal care, meals, or simply spending quality time with residents. We emphasize respecting residents’ individual choices by providing personalised care and support.
